Yes, that is indeed Republican Gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino in the picture. Evidently, he went out for a good time in Buffalo, and had his photo taken with some other good-time-seekers -- one apparently in black-face one dressed up as something that could definitely be black-face (but it's difficult to tell).

So, does this make it official? Carl Paladino really wants to lose the New York governor's race.
